Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how we deliver your Designer Water order, our delivery areas, fees and timeframes.

1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver to Bloubergstrand, Table View, Parklands, Sunningdale, Big Bay, Melkbosstrand, Milnerton, Century City, West Coast and surrounding areas in and around Cape Town. If you are unsure whether we deliver to you, please contact us before ordering.

2. Delivery fees

A small flat delivery fee applies and is calculated automatically at checkout. Larger orders qualify for free delivery — the exact fee (or free delivery) is shown before you pay.

3. Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. We'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day and time. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to demand, weather or factors beyond our control.

4. Collection

You may choose collectionat checkout (free of charge). We'll let you know when your order is ready and where to collect it in the Table View / Bloubergstrand area.

5. Risk & incorrect details

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct — re-delivery due to incorrect details may incur an additional fee.
